Join us at Mala Dhara Yoga Retreat Center in Chiang Mai Thailand for one of these two beautiful ALL INCLUSIVE weekend wellness journeys as we share together in healthy, cleansing rituals and explore the sacred arts.
We will sit in silent morning meditations, flow with vinyasa yoga, heal our bodies with massage guasha or cupping – detox and cleanse in an herbal steam, soak our early morning bodies in natural mineral hot springs, explore evenings of guided sound journeys……and more. All while enjoying the beauty and nature that is Mala Dhara – relaxing poolside and dining on bespoke plant-based meals and juices.
