Your Instructors
Miryam has been teaching Yoga in various studios among Ecuador, Barcelona, Thailand, and Singapore for over 12 years. During this time, she also developed her own system, @yogaBaseFlow.
Since 2020, her new focus is teaching workshops, teacher trainings, festivals, and retreats around Southeast Asia, while still teaching group and private classes.
Roxanne’s skills lie in the world of Yoga and Fitness.
A qualified trainer in a range of various disciplines, Roxanne is an experienced Yoga Instructor, Pre and Post Natal Yoga Instructor and a certified Personal Trainer.

Welcome to the 5-day/4-night Intensive Yoga Retreat!.
This retreat is perfect for yoga practitioners and teachers of any style who are keen on learning a variety yoga poses with modifications, props, and full variations of each pose.
